I just wanted to thank you first off for all of your help! My husband and I came into the dealership last night and purchased a 2009 Tundra! We are absolutely in love with the truck and the amazing customer service. I like the way your dealership minimizes the amount of time spent at the dealership. When we came in we asked for the new car manager like you told us to, they took us right to the truck we'd talk about, we then took the truck for a test drive, and there was no need to haggle with the price being you and I had already discussed it via e-mail. Our salesperson also walked us over to the service department and introduced us to a service advisor that will be assisting us in the future! We've been shopping all the other Toyota dealerships in the metro area, none of which were as helpful as yours! Your dealership was eager to make us feel part of the Fowler family! I recently purchased an 09 Camry XLE from you all at Fowler Toyota. I must say I was very surprised with the amount you gave me for my trade! You offered me more than any other dealership. It put me right at the price I wanted. I don't think I was there at the dealership very long either. The salesman was very very informative and I met the manager as soon as I arrived! When I test drove it, they even let me take my hungry son to pick up some McDonalds lol.
